Ok so i bought this car with the yellow brake light on the dash lit up and the mot failure sheet said pads low.
So today i fitted new discs and pads to the front only wasent expecting to have to take the old sensor off the old brake pads. How tight is that!
Anyway it broke as i sort of expected so a new one is on order witch i should have tomorrow.
In the mean time i thought i,d join the 2 wires together to see if the light go,s out ( worked on an E46) Anyway much annoyingly it hasent work this time.
Rear pads are fine plenty of light left in them.
I have had new rear brake pipes fitted yesterday at my local garage to.
So whats the likley fault and could i turn the light off via the obe port?
