xeon headlights warning

anyone had problems with their headlights (dipped or full) - I'm getting occasional intermittent yellow dash warning with passenger side headlight not coming on.

Guess it is the HT starter? Anyone seen similar? Maybe try a battery disconnect in case it is cured like so many Z4 maladies are by a battery disconnect? Or is it best to head to dealer.

I have full mondial BMW warranty and I guess need to take car in to have it fixed. Pain in ass as it only just had its Insp 1 (72K) a week ago.
 
Be careful of huuuuuugeeeee voltages though if you're poking around in there.

I'm sure you know, just adding it to the post. If you're insured, happy days as it might not be a cheapy. 8)
 
If you've had moisture/condensation in the headlight I would strongly suggest checking the ballast for water ingress before switching the headlights on again.
