Guys, one of my headlights (xenons) is clouded with condensation..now the question is....is the fix for this..removing the unit, cutting it opne drying it and resealing..if it is..would it be possible to just tint the hockey stick at this time, if that is the way forward...what do i use to tint and reseal the unit?

Before you cut open the headlights, is the condensation caused by a leak in the headlight or in the rear cover? Has the rubber perished? You just take the rear inspection cover off to dry out a light.
To do any work on the inside dremmel open the light. Lots of threads on it from tinting to fitting AE, but in essence the cut line is between the clear and black plastic.

Splitting it is a big job though... I had condensation in a halogen light unit, self inflicted, and I got a new cover for the back of the light from the local stealer for about £12. Then used SWMBO's hair dryer stuck in the back for a good long time, moving it about to change the air flow, when the water was all gone blew it on cold for a bit to cool down the air (stopping the moisture re-condensing), another quick blast of hot, then very quickly on with the new cover. Was a while ago now, no condensation since then
