Hi,
I bought a xenon kit from mtec and it won’t power up. I have connected the kit with a battery booster and its working but when I give power to the ballast from the cars bulb adaptor is not working. I thought the current was not enough but i have check it with a polymeter and it seems to be ok. Do i need a condensator? Anyone had this problem before? any ideas?

I think this will solve my problem: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=370133893811

This seller also has resistors to fix led errors: http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=220379289562

Andrea - I know you PM'd and I could not offer specific advice to this problem as I don't know the Mtec kit, but why do you figure you need either of these items?

A standard halogen drawsa round 50w and an xenon about 35 so the existing loom is more than capable if it is currently running your normal bulbs.

On the resistor, that is only for when you substitute a low power LED for a conventional bulb, say a 5 w sidelight with an LED that draws <0.1 W. They have nothing to do with the xenon replacements.

i know the resistors have nothing to do with xenons i just put the second link because i know some people was looking for resistors.
My xenon kit does not work from the existing loom but works from the battery. I also heart that in some cases aftermarket hid kits can damage your fuse box so i think this is a good solution.
