Yes - as per my earlier post with explanation of the type of bulb and how to fit resistors in the circuit.
They are just a simple push fit in the bulbholders after removing the back covers and then a few minutes to crimp the resistors in.
It will however invalidate any headlight warranty if you do this and BMW spot it, so that's your call on likelihood
