Xenon headlamp washer jets not working

Hi,

My Xenon headlamp washer jets are not functioning. Tested with lights on and spraying the washer multiple times. Nothing. The jets don't even lift up out of the bumper!

Having had a look at the forum it seems the filter for the pump located near the washer reservoir may need cleaning as this get blocked up. Have located the pump but not sure how to remove the filter? The photographs on the other threads don't seem to be working. Can some one please post or link some photos of how to remove and clean the filter.

Do people think the pump filter is at fault? Any other suggestions. Just to confirm neither of the jets lift up.

have you tried unplugging the feed from behind the bumper, then spraying?
if you get a strong stream of water out, then the jets have a block in them somewhere.

there's no pump for them tho if I remember correctly - it's all on pressure activated by a switch.
there's a couple of filters in the bottom of the water resevoir that you can get to by removing the bottle itself (not hard)

But I really believe they'll be blocked.
best bet is to take them out, soak them in some diluted degreaser in warm water for a few hours I'd say.
