Xenon-bulbs... 200EUR / piece???!!!

Just got off the phone with my local dealer...They say my bi-xenon light-bulb costs 200EUR!!! :?

I couldn't find out what colour-temperature it has, so i can buy an aftermarket one. Does anyone know? Which brand do you suggest?
 
They're 4.2k or 4.6k. D2S is the fitting. I've got two in my boot. Bought them from eBay for £20 a pair.

It's prob more likely the ballast that's broken, as that went on mine. I thought it was the bulb, but it wasn't. Do a search on "ballast" and it should help. :thumbsup:

They asked me if the light went purple and then off completely, and that's exactly what happened.

I took out the bulb and it's a little smoked on the inside. I'm hoping it's the bulb...
 
Mine have a constant purple edge. I think they're 4.2k.

Don't pay the dealers! Get them from eBay :thumbsup:
