Xenon adjustments?

Does anyone know how to adjust the height of xenon headlights on my 2003 z4? The passenger side seems much higher than the drivers side. I've had quite a few cars flashing at me. Thanks

We adjusted our lights...This may help, there's also another link in there if you want a more precise aim.

Just got bmw to do them while my car was in anyway getting the alarm system fixed. Only cost £21.22. Cheaper than i expected!

They are almost certainly now set too low and you'll discover that once you drive at night...

Yeah the bastards 'adjusted' my headlight for my mot and made them low :( shite!

Yep it's appalling. My daughters 'new' Mini has the Xenons so low and actually cross eyed, that we had to slow down to see the exit lane off an unlit dual carriageway. It's on my 'dad do' list for the weekend

Whats the best way to fix?

I might just ask my friend who owns an independent MOT shop to reset them to the highest permissible levels.

I'd simply adjust them agains a car park wall or garage door lined up on a flat surface in the evening and twiddle the adjusters a little. If you get flashed you overdid it...
That said if you can get someone with a beam tester to do it all the better

I get flashed fairly often even though they are rubbish now, some people seem to think xenons are my full beam - usually old people.

If you want a more scientifical way to properly adjust your headlights you can find a DIY here (http://www.danielsternlighting.com/images/Aim.pdf). This is what I used to adjust the lights on the Z4 and they are perfect.
