Will they even fit?

I know the offset is not far off 48/45, but the fronts are 9" wide and the rears are 10" wide, so 1" & 1.5" wider than OEM 108s.
 
If it's not urgent, I may be able to do a mock-up of a Z4 with them on.

Any particular colour Z4 you'd like to see the on?

Well at least theblues saw the funny side of it, calling someone a Moron really isn't the way to welcome yourself to a forum. I was having 'a laugh' with the tiger claws, your reaction was unwarranted and unnecessary but then again I guess you are putting yourself into the category of people who think 'all BM drivers are dickheads'.

You telling me to grow up will purposefully and sarcastically make me act immature ie telling you my height and blowing a raspberry at you...!
