X5 ballast needed

Not really another marque per se, but I need a new headlight ballast for an X5 and am really struggling.

So far all I can find is dealers at £270, which is stupid money, or Ebay in the US at £100+ inc. shipping, which entails a 10 day or so delivery time.

Anyone any leads on a UK supplier of lighting components or even an aftemarket compatible kit.

Full part number is 63128386708 but if you google the last 7 digits, 8386708, there are several hits.
