Today I got a text telling me they wanted to buy my car ( collect tomorrow, cash ) at close to the asking price. There is an offer number and you are invited to go to their website http://www.v5-autotrader.com/ to book appointment for this. This seems to good to be true, and we all know what it usually means when things seem too good to be true. I also note that their FB and Twitter links don't work, and I can't find any mention of them anywhere on the internet.

What do you lot reckon ?
 
I would say if something sounds too good to be true it usually is so I wouldn't bother. Also no info on the internet about the company seems strange and would set alarm bells ringing in my head.
