I'm glad that I'm not one of his neighbours. Imagine running into that on your way back from the pub. You'd park your dinner on the spot.

Okay first thoughts were :sick:

So being the logical me, what is upsetting, is it that people stuff their pets and kills to display on a wall or shelf, or the fact that this guy has gone one step further and made it fly. For me it's the former.
 
The owner should have left his cat in peace. He turned the cat into a toy :thumbsdown: .

For me, I don't like the former, not something I would ever condone and find distasteful. The latter is indicative of someone who has serious social issues, and takes the distaste to another level. Reading the articles seems to excuse his behaviour because he is 'an artist'. What he has done is in no way art, its desecration. I do wonder if he actually liked the cat.
 
It made me laugh, which I am ashamed of... When Adult Bing had a look this morning, he decided that is just sick :thumbsdown:

But then shouldn't art push boundaries, thinking of Hirst etcetera, its a fine line between what society defines as art and that which we find grotesque, which in this case I certainly do.
 
That's a good point - I wonder if reactions would be different if it wasn't his cat, just a dead stray he'd found.

Oh, and if it actually did fly more than 6 inches off the ground.
