WTD: Air Bag control unit E85 2003

I am looking for a replacement Air bag Control unit for an E85 (2003) part No. (65 77-6935920) for z4 E85 (2003) ? I understand this part has been superseded by part No: 65776965147- so either would work, if anybody has on?

Good luck getting a replacement.
The replacement unit will need recoding to the vehicle (that's my understanding) which is a main dealer job. When my unit failed I 'bit the bullet' and had it replaced at BMW as I couldn't be sure that a second hand unit would be ok. and the recoding was a significant cost.
All very sore on the wallet
