WTD : 135M wheels / front and rear / with or without tires

I am looking for wheels in A1 100% condition to replace my current ones which could do with a refurb (i live in london and getting a refurb is far too much hassle!)

In case you dont know what 135M wheels look like, they are these:

Tires are NOT important as I have my own!
