WTB Z4 06+ 3.0SI with Cylinder Head replaced

Hi,

I have just joined the forum as I plan to purchase a Z4 hopefully within the next week or so.

I am looking for an 06+ with lower than average mileage with M seats.

My preferred colour is grey with black M seats.

I have only seen 1 car so far which I was fairly happy to purchase but there has been an issue with the seller clearing his finance prior to purchase.

It was a 06, body could be in better condition but engine sounded well. It had sat nav and upgraded sound system in addition to the M seats, 41k miles, the colour I wanted and happy to sell at £12k after an MOT and with 6 months road tax. It could do with an alloy refurb but the new contact sport 3 kind of made up for it somewhat.

I would be willing to pay more for better condition and more options etc.

Hi Steve,

I've seen your photos, really nice example.

I have my heart set on the 3.0si, I pondered about the Z4M but the price difference and fuel consumption was lightly over my budget.

I also read your threads on the noise issues which has been really helpful so I would like to thank you for taking the time to write up about the issues you faced.

Hopefully I can find a 3.0si in good condition soon.
