The OE z4 one is significantly different to the m3 one you have and linked to though :?
I have had both side by side.

Fwiw they're a bit of a nonsense, the triangulation occurs from the firewall through the diagonal braces to the strut towers and the front of the chassis hence why the M didn't come with one. The e46 does not have this triangulation which is why they did.
Does that mean i want to sell mine, 🤔, it does look kind of cool so probably not sorry.

So you reckon minimal actual benefit other than looking good Tom? Had crossed my mind to get one but quite a bit of dollar for something that's just aesthetic...

Believe that its an established fact that the handling and pointability of E85 Z4M roadster will benefit from the fitting of strut bar. Indeed having driven a 4MR before and after installation, a noticeable improvement in turn in was evident. Plus we thought the car was just a tad "tighter" in the way it performed when pressing on.

I've a/b'd a couple of times on track, couldn't tell any difference at all.
