You can get 5mm shims as the original hub flange still seats on the wheel

As I said, I was being pedantic... Personally I'd not run a 5mm leaving the other 5mm to support the wheel instead of the full 10mm, but that's just me (and some others).

No not any, there's loads of spacers on ebsy that are 5mm which aren't the same size dia centre bore so will wobble at speed as they aren't mounted centrally on the hub.
