So a friend of mine has come around to z4 buying.

Not a time waster at all so putting this out there if any are about.

Must haves

3.0 M54
Heated leather. Don't care for electrics.
Manual.
108s, ellipsoids. None of the other tatty stuff bmw designed, csl reps considered providing they don't hang out the side by a foot.
Xenons
Fault free ie no Xmas tree dashboard. Codes will be read.
No rips in roof.
Ideally not a sat nav model.
Mileage not an issue so long as the paper trail backs it up.

Colour not fussed. Not as if there is a huge choice out there.

Budget not too bad at around 4-4.5k
