The DB11 looks awful, almost like an SUV sports car it's so high off the ground.

The old Vantage V12 or Vanquish that is just ending are the best looking in my eyes.

This comment about height I thought a bit odd so, being nerdy and having driven a DB11, I looked it up!
Height (not ground clearance which doesn't look much) of a DB11 is given as 1279 mm - height for a BMW Z4 is given as 1291 mm. No, I didn't believe it either! Whatever, I don't reckon it looks like an SUV.

What are you on about? That’s all camera angle. The DB11 picture is literally taken from the floor and you can see the sky from under the car(if there wasn’t a mountain there)..The vanquish shot is taken from a higher angle so you can’t see under the car. I’m right so say sorry

There appears to be a lack of rake in photograph of the DB11 which accentuates the apparent increase in ground clearance. It’s not so obvious in the metal.

I think it may be a little higher on purpose as it's a GT car but it's too much to me.

The Vanquish ground clearance is 14.7cm but I can't find a figure for the DB11. I'll measure when I see one! :lol:

Had a DB11 for a week, did ~1500 miles, loved it. It's a GT, no doubt - but that is the point of it (AML's aim to have more defined purposes to models etc).

it certainly performs better aesthetically in certain colour combos, but i'd struggle to find a more stunning modern car to put in place of a DB11 in this photo (and i'm not really a huge DB11 fan). taken on my old iphone fwiw.

OMG!!! just seen a new Vantage driving down the M40. Absolutey stunning. The rear looks so wide and aggressive, almost like a race car. I my rear view mirror the front look clean and mean. Fantastic looking car!!
