Sitting here in Brisbane, did a quick general search on Autotrader UK today. There are 1115 used Z4s for sale at the moment! :cry:

I'm now pretty glad that I sold mine before I came out here last July. It looks like a pretty tough market for used cars at the moment. (hopefully therefore good when I return to buying next month).

Makes me half tempted to pick up a E85 M Roadster 8) for a good price and get a daily hack as well, rather than go for an E89.

... only half tempted though.

Hmm - double road tax, double insurance, double MOT, double servicing, double depreciation and double bloody fuel prices!

That's why I moved from a hack and an Elise to the Coupe. There was a period though when I had the Elise and the Coupe together but my suggestion of waiting till the time was right to sell was put paid to by the Better Half. :D
 
I don't find it to bad. I am running 5 cars now, all having different functions as I like to have the best of all worlds :)

Well,fuel and servicing not really different, just spread over two cars instead of one. Mot is small beer. But yes, taxing both would be a pain. Better to make it worthwhile and make the weekend car a 355 Ferrari maybe. I need a few test drives I think! 8)
