We had a Stratus Gray option for MY2007 that looks like the same color. It's kind of a layered color that actually changes hue depending on how the light strikes the surface. In some light it has an almost greenish cast to it and more of a brown one on other angles. I considered it when I was ordering mine but decided to stick with a more a more traditional gray after seeing one up close and walked around it.

Alfa and Nissan do some similar things with some of their paint colours - expensive options if I remember rightly. Always wonder how easy colour matching would be with paint such as those when doing repairs....

Pearl or something, it looks like that in some pics. There's a coupe 5 miles from me, might go and take a few snaps tomorrow.

That was the color of the very last Z4 off the assembly line (roadster, 3.0)

BMW did not have enough of 41 shades of gray so they introduced a 42nd for MY08. 8) :lol:
