My car is currently fitted with what I believe is a Denison Ice Link iPod / iPhone kit.
I have recently purchased an Android phone (Motorola Moto G) and would like to use this in my car instead.
What options do I have, other than removing the Denison and getting something else. Would an adaptor like this work?

A lot of eBay listings say that they're incompatible with car kits. Can anyone confirm?
The other option is to use a female 30-pin to micro USB which I believe would be better quality.
They're only a few quid each off eBay but it'd be good to know if anyone has done something similar?
