Would this work in my housing?

I'd really like to upgrade the diff on my e85 3.0 M54 to an lsd but I'm struggling to justify spending over a thousand pounds on the various options.

I've been reading up and looking about and stumbled on this. I'm not sure on how much use it's had but can someone more knowledgeable than me say if this would fit into the diff housing I have? Looks too good to be true at this price so I expect I'm missing something.

Thankyou. I'd love to say I was really drunk when I posted that but I'd be lying. Just daft.
Looks like the options are finding a complete E46 rear subframe and Z4m driveshaft, or getting an m factory or quaife lsd for 900+ vat and fitting it into my housing.
I can't quite justify the latter so I'll keep my fingers crossed for the former.
