Would these fit? I'm 95% sure they will but want to be certain before I buy

19" x 8.5 front
19" x 9.5 rear

Front tyres 235 35 19
Rear tyres 265 30 19

Et 43 rear
Et 35 front

Centre bore is 74.1 but comes with spigot to reduce this to 72.6

I've been on willtheyfit.com and I think they should fit no problem. They stick out 6.7mm less than my 224's at the rear but they would be 19.7mm closer to the suspension. The fronts stick out 13.4mm more than my 224's and they are 0.7mm further away from the suspension.

They should be OK sticking out a further 1/2" on the fronts but I would consider putting 10mm spacers on the rears which would be a better fit with being 3/10" closer to the suspension and only sticking out about 1/10" more.

Would they really stick out a further 1/2" ? Would that stick out past the wheel arch?

On the willtheyfit.com website, when compared with the 224's (which I believe are 18x8 ET42 at the front) it says 13.4mm.

13.4mm is 1/2'' :scratchhead:

Ok, so now I look stupid! :| Half an inch sounds bigger than 13.4mm when I say it in my head!! Half an inch would actually be 12.7mm so 13.4mm is bigger!

At least you can laugh at yourself
Anyway back to your question. On my 3.0 Z4 I went to 19s 8.5 wide with an offset which places my wheels 18mm further out and they don't protrude beyond the arch.
Which wheels are you going for? Can you not get them with the correct centre bore?
Oh and check the pcd is 5x120 or they wont fit.

I don't have a choice of centre bore as they are from eBay. They're BBS Moven CF1 wheels. Just refurbished and he wants £550 for them. Tyres have around 4-5mm left on each wheel. I was going to offer him £500.

He previously had them on his 3 Series so they should be PCD 5x120. I'm pretty sure all 3 Series are 5x120.

I'll probably change the centre caps to BMW badges but I'll see what the BBS badges look like when they're on the car... if I buy them.

Never seen those before. So I googled a little . Moven is a brand that made/sold replica wheels. Has nothing to do with BBS.
And after what I can find the brand is now dead.
Just a heads up :)

Cheers for the heads up. I didn't go for them in the end. Although I really like the style I was hoping to not have to replace the tyres on them for a few months, especially as he said they have a good 5mm of tread left... then I noticed on one of the pictures that the tyres are made by Autogrip. They are basically dirt cheap budget $h1t which would need replacing right away. I won't run my pride and joy on budget rubber

I'm glad I didn't get them now... seems he was trying to pass them off as BBS wheels too :o I was interested partly because I thought they were made by BBS. Next time I'll do a little research :headbang:

I won't go either for a death wheel brand ... and cheap budget tires on a powerfull car is just crazy, I can't understand people are just playing like that with their lives ... Tyres are the only small points that keep you on the road, so having good ones is important ... suspension and brakes are the 2 next points but unfortunately, this is not really something put on the first row ...
