Worth doing ARB bushes??

Soon to have some suspension re-fresh done-M-sport equiv' Suplex springs, blistein B4, droplinks f&r, on the Coupe SE. 63,000 on clock.

I was going to get Poly'd front ARB bushes as well but, is it worth it with standard bar when the old bushings look fine? I want to reduce the roll so that was why I was going to fit, so do the Powerflex bushes help with this??

If they would help, should I get the Powerflex for the rear ARB as well, or can they make it a bit harsh? :?

Poly ARB bushes don't make it harsh in my experience and definitely worth refreshing at that mileage. They are cheap too.

I've got H&R bars that come with a sort of polybush as the standard bars are quite skinny.

Definitely worth doing considering they are quite inexpensive compared to other bushes.

Mine had drooped quite a bit and there was a clear gap between arb and the standard bush. Fitted a combination of Superpro and powerflex polybushes to them and the fit is perfectly tight now.

The car certainly feels a less boat-like  and after 100K miles, new bushes were very much needed.
