Worn buttons

Hi. The roof open and roof close buttons in my car have worn down to mainly white. They still work fine but are unsightly. I've seen stickers available for these on ebay. Has anyone used these and do they stick? Thanks for any advice.

I've seen the transfer type, I even bought some for testing from the guy on ebay (absolutely condescending prick), but decided not to bother as the replacement switch covers are now available.
So I made a video on those instead....

Loads available on Aliexpress (same as the more expensive ones on ebay) and far better than a transfer that you then have to varnish or some sticker that's going to rub clear very quickly.

I have looked at these as mine are also worn. Loads on AliExpress from about £15 each

Thanks for the video, it was a great help, wouldn't have know where to start without it. A bit of a fiddly job, but very satisfying once completed. I have the newer style Auto box and found I could not lift the main panel over the gearbox trim, but found that the gear box trim splits apart and then allows you lift the main panel off without disconnecting the ribbon cable. Thanks for the video though

I have used replacement and they wore off so trying the stickers about £5.
Ok but open one keeps lifting in the bend, i keep running finger nail along it when i notice.
