Its a good notion & probably right if you can stand the losses :cry: which is where the learning will (or should) come from .
Unfortunately the masses that follow the England team only want goals & win,s but real world football isn,t like that & success comes very rarely .
It s only a game though :whistle:
 
We have never been a force to be reckoned with, sorry. I don't think we have any world class players right now. I think we would have been better with John Terry and Ashley Cole....and dare I even say Peter Crouch has been in good form.

I am looking forward to seeing Holland and Argentina play, and I will say I think Brazil have been disappointing in both matches and their first win was riddled with luck and poor decisions in their favour.

Belgium are the dark horses of the tournament
 
Good call OG....although maybe we thought less of them before their first game, and the way they qualified was not a great start but you may be right.....not the best though.
 
My money is on Argentina :thumbsup: Like the look of the French side. But I would with the little Newcastle connection :wink:
 
Disgrace and should be kicked out of the World Cup.

Hope Liverpool manage to get shut too.
 
Complete animal, third strike, he should be prosecuted not just a silly ban - try doing that in the high street at the weekend - Its assault simple. What a Scumbag.

He should get a life ban from all football for such animalistic behaviour. See how he likes existing without a vastly inflated income.
