Working with Meguiar's M21

Hi folks,

Quick question, does anyone a: have experience or or b: can advise on the following; after applying m21 (by hand) and leaving to cure (10-15mins).

I go to remove it and can get the chalky bloom off which is easy but there is some secondary streaking which is waaay harder to remove (see picture). 2nd time I've dealt with this issue.

Done outside, started at half 3, overcast and about 14c and cooling if that's useful at all.

Any ideas/musings welcome!

I have noticed the same after applying it. Not sure what really causes it.
I still really like it. It lasts on the paint for months. The streaking seems to disappear after a number of hours or maybe a day.
Applying a show glaze over the top (after some curing time) does get rid of the streaking if you do want immediate results.

Thanks Jf appreciate the quick reply! And yea I found a spray and wipe with quik detailer helped, love the result of m21 so almost inclined to deal with the niggles.

A cursory google revealed a few reasons (and a great argument of the Meguiars forum haha) but nothing consistent - although a longer cure might help so will try that next time.

Seems to be a bit of a issue generally with synthetic products, esp on dark paints.
