Working at Silverstone today......

Woodcote corner at Silverstone is one of those corners that if you get it wrong, the most likely place you will land up is into the inside concrete wall...... which don't give an inch!

This poor chap in an Ariel paid the price from an event that started 150m earlier exiting the corner.

what this picture doesn't show is the fold in the chassis where the wheel came back on impact in to the lower chassis rail.

A friend also brought this along. It was on its way to the Chris Evans event. Take your ear plugs.

Hi Dirk, No, 4 years was more than enough time to have owned something that fast/expensive.

I remember that rainy day when all i was doing was driving and all my guests were doing was filling it up, and belting another passenger in..... I didn't like the slap in the helmet telling me to get going for another few laps. Bugger that truly was a tiring day!

Ultimately an experience i will never forget.
