A busy couple of months then! Search for Mike, username ducklakeview, and he can sort the exhaust fruitiness! Lots of posts relating to it.

That's not boring, its work in progress
Some pics of the work or your new wheels would be welcome though! 8)

More pics will follow when its clean and wheels on,

It drives so much better now than when I bought it glad I under took the work it paid off 👍🏼

Wow some good work going on there!

Can you elaborate on the steering lubrication, I'd like to do it to my car.

Yeah no probs, if you search for sticky steering on here there is a method of drilling in to the upper column and injecting grease. Also took the gaiters off the rack itself and re greased. The lube that was in there had dried up the steering feels much smoother now and haven't had anymore issues since

What are the Meyle HD lower arms like? The bushes on my car are on their way out and wondering about replacing with the Meyle HD ones....

The meyle hd are fine, had them on mine for about 11 months now, but i just replaced the bushes as the balljoints were fine. Cost was only about £20 plus a couple of hours.

I didnt use the bushes I put powerflex in, but the lower arms are really nice quality and seem better built than the originals,

More done this weekend,

New pioneer head unit with dab bluetooth etc

Also led headlight bulbs fitted not tried them at night yet but look alot better
