Woopie another year

Not driven the car for over a month, had the works vehicle, so no need to put miles on her.
got my insurance renewal in the post, I'm currently with Direct Line, not too expensive and the renewal was just an extra 2 quid so will probably stay put. But this reminded me that I must have had the car a year and it must need an MOT, so took a look and it was due on the 6th April. So I phone a friend who works for Halfords Auto centres to see if he could fit it in before then. Long story short took it today and it passed with flying colours so 12 months more motoring :)

Cheaper than a Italian tune up.

(Trust me, I had 10 years of 20VT ownership.)

I know what you mean - I had a few years of 70s Fiat ownership many years ago!

A 125 then a 132 1800ES, but those Lampredi engines are fantastic!

Rather off-topic, so apologies OP, but if you like to hear a good 4 cylinder engine try this:- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cakMRW0wdmE

Yep other than an oil and brake fluid change needed. but i did give it a bit of a Rag on the motorway on the way home, roof down of course

As I've now had her for 12 months the service warnings are flashing up for oil change and brake fluid change. More expense...
But on a plus note the MOT inspector said she was in great condition underneath.
