Well.... ummm.... I do. I don't want a woman that has such low self esteem that she would go as far as spending all that money on a boob job. Well, unless she had a really good reason like three kids and they were gettin' saggy, or they were like really small to begin with and she upgraded to a size B or C, or she had breast cancer and had to have one removed...

I like 'em natural, even if it's not perfect, or beautiful by societies standards... if she's beautiful to me that's all that matters... and a great smile and nice hair and eyes is all I really want looks-wise.
