Wish your Z4M sounded like this?

If only it wasn't so dear...

I keep seeing Maserati Quattroportes around lately. Similar price to an M5, not as much power, not as accomplished. But I know which one I'd have... ;)

Ahmm correct me if I'm wrong but that ISN'T a Masserati...the badge is clearly and Alfa Romeo

Yeah I know that, it's an Alfa 8C Competizione. But essentially it's the same company, maybe even the same engine.

Well no, because there aren't any Audis with the Murci V12 or the Gallardo V10 in them (yet...)

One of the reasons Fiat stalled making the Alfa 8C for so long was because they didn't want to take sales away from Maser. But now they've priced the 8C at Ferrari prices I don't think it'll be a problem.

I thought Fiat's have poor reliability - Italian junk, I'm sorry...

Yep.

Its a shame that this doesn't signal a turning point for Alfa i.e. a return to RWD. I remember the fun of my Alfetta/GTV days.

The Audi S6 uses the Gallardo V10.

God help us...
At least it's an engine put together by Audi, and not the hand-built Italian V12 from Sant'Agata.
