Wiper + windows + Locks not working

Hi guys..

I drive a 2005 Z85.. Today morning, all of a sudden my wipers, electronic door locks(both remote and in-car), electronic boot lock are not working. The stereo, lights, AC, Navigation etc.. are working. I think it could be fuse problem. I dont know where the fuse box is. I got this car recently in germany and the manuals are in german. I also live in germany. Could anybody help me? Please
