Yeah, try lubing every joint, on the arm itself AND on the wiper blade. Though of course there's only one on aeros. If all else fails go back to traditional OEM - eventually I did, I'd had enough of the blades lifting and jerking. You can get a set for about £13 on eBay, not exactly expensive.

I was about to post about the exact same thing, squeaky Bosch blades, sounds like a mouse is in the cabin, driving me mad

Don't know how I've lasted nearly 2 years with these annoying bastards, but I now seriously need to do something about that bloody squeaking!! :evil:

Are you sure it's not the arm pivot that's squeaking.

Don't think so, but will check next time

I have the same and they squeak too. Sometimes it feels like they are scratching the windscreen.

You could try flaying your glass too, I think you need dedicated clay, rather than bodywork clay and lots of lube!
Rain-X do a kit and it really smoothes up the screen for low friction.
