Winter workhorse + Health update

Sad news indeed Melanie, he will have one hundred percent known you were there. My condolences to you and all family and friends.

That's very sad news Mel, although at least you were there which would have given him some comfort.

Condolences to you, all his family and friends.

Very sad news Melanie, as others have said it’s so important and fitting for both of you that you were there.

Amen to that!

So, so sad.
Even though I never met Sean and didn't know much about him, I feel like I knew him and I liked him.

Thinking of Melanie, his kids, his family and friends.

"Most un-excellent".

My thoughts are with you and your family. It is nice to hear he shared his last moments with you. I never met Sean or even interacted much on here but I have been touched and grateful for his openess of his illness and him sharing his journey on here. I hope it helped him. Thank you Sean.

Goodbye to my Big C buddy, such a brave man. He kept his sense of humour as long as humanly possible in the face of this horrible and unfair disease. I did get to know Sean a bit over the last few months and would have liked the opportunity to have met him if circumstances were different.

Mel - so glad you were with him at the end, I am sure he would have taken great comfort from that.

RIP Sean 😭

So very sorry for your loss, our condolences to you, your family and friends. Mick and Julie

Such bravery from both of you. Hang on to the happy memories which I’m sure Sean would want you to do.

My sincere condolences to you, your family and friends. I've not been an active user on here for long, and had limited interactions with Sean but he was always an absolute gentleman and he just exuded positivity and good energy, even across the internet to a stranger like me.

All these out pourings from people who have never even met Sean tells you all you need to know about the man and the person he was.

A sad day and I am sure Sean very much appreciated that you and family were around him to the end. I hope the feedback from the members of the forum help you move on. He is a loss to us all
