Oh my goodness your generosity has amazed us yet again. We cannot. believe the kindness you are showing us. Very emotional tears.🥹

Sean has gone down hill again and is now comfortable in hospice.
 
Sorry to hear he’s now in the Hospice, please let him know we are thinking of him and hope he is comfortable.
 
It is the small things that matter and if it brings a bit of comfort then it has been worth it :thumbsup:

Heartbreaking 💔
We both agreed it was time. We had a plan to stay at home as long as possible. The hospice are much better equipped to make Sean is as comfortable as possible.

Sean is very relaxed and has had a lovely Father’s Day with our children.
We are going back again this evening.

Good that you both decided it was time . It can be a great relief to know that medical help is at hand if required . Please give my best to Sean and hope you and the children enjoy the rest of the day with him . Get the radio on if he has one there :dance2:
 
So sad to hear my buddy has taken a turn for the worse. As others have said please let him know that I am thinking about him constantly, great to hear he was able to spend yesterday with his kids, I know that would have meant a lot to him.

he is very lucky to have someone as dedicated as you to look after him. The care he will get in the hospice will be excellent and will go a long way to helping him feel comfortable.
 
Good evening

I went to see Sean this morning, sat holding his hand and talking to him although he was peacefully asleep. The nurse came in to give Sean his medication. She looked at me and said “Melanie I am very sorry, Sean has just died.”
I said but he was breathing, she said he must have been waiting for you to come.

We would like to thank you all for your support and kindness. You made this a lot easier for us both.

Sean peacefully fell asleep this morning at 11am.
