Can the tpms not be selected "off"
The system cannot be turned off. In fact, I have been told it is an MOT failure if they are fitted and not working correctly.

They will fit ok TT. Lots of wheels out there will fit  as long as you don't have the new flat tyre monitoring system :headbang:

It's a great way of BMW ensuring people won't bother fitting winter wheels now with the extra cost for the TPMS sensors

Even fitting second hand wheels with new sensors and tyres is going to be costly.

Tim.
TPMS is now an EU directive for all new cars up to 7 seaters built from 1st November '14, BMW just introduced it early

Yep I have yellow warning light!

I post pics this weekend of them on my Z4 - as I am planning in testing my winter preperation

For those who dont have winter tyres - i purchased some these for the wife http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/331369450032?_trksid=p2060778.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
