Winter prepping my Z4 Coupe

Finally a nice day today! Decided to get my Z ready for winter :)

Normal wash with two bucket method and wheels cleaned.

Went on to apply Prima Amigo using my DA. Amigo is a glaze, similar to black hole but I find it darkens the paint better (my car is carbon black.... Not as black as I'd like!!) the amigo makes the paintwork feel like glass and fills some swirls as well as giving a great depth of shine.

I then applied FK1000P sealant over the whole car and buffed off. Would have given it a second coat but ran out of time so will add a second next week.

Result... The Z is looking good again!!

Nice Carbon Black Coupe with Red Leather

Lovely combo!!

Wish I'd have time to machine polish it before the winter but just haven't had a chance with the weather so decided just to do the best I can and then crack on with a full correction in the spring :)

I had a v tasty Cooper S before the Z but didn't turn half as many heads driving that as I do now!

The Z4's are stunningly good looking IMO
