Winter mods!

Now my z is of the road for winter I have got the time to try a few little mods I thought of during the summer. So I have decided to colour code my engine cover interlagos blue to match my calipers and also some interlagos blue roundel segments to tie the colour into the car. I'm also thinking about getting the engine mounts swapped for vibratechnic items and possibly an evolve csl box if I'm not begging on the streets by that point! Anyone else giving their car some winter TLC?

sounds intersting - would be keen for the usual pic thread if you get round to this. Nice spec car btw.

If you want to save some cash, then the Geoff Steel Racing airbox is a good bit cheaper (about £1100).

They also do a CF roof-skin (2kg) for £550.

not selling up now?
Not had many serious people interested in it to be honest. Mostly time wasters offering me silly money because its obviously definitely been "tracked" :?
I don't particularly care to be honest I will keep modding it and enjoying it and if someone offers me decent money for it I will let it go.

Not too keen on the Geoff steel design, If I was going to do it I would buy the best box available. A that would continue the trend of parts the car has already fitted.

Never understood this, I guess it is like some people being anti cars with 100K on the clock.

I've seen so many Nobles advertised as "never been tracked".... why the hell would you buy a Noble and never track it?

Mine's meets both of those criteria (tracked & 100k+), so I guess it's only suitable for the scrap heap and I should stop driving it instantly in case it kills me to death :P

i happily track my very ver clean car , personally this is why I'm a petrolhead, i want to drive my fast car somewhere its legal to do so.... some of the best kept/ best condition cars i see are usually weekend toys/track vehicles, as long as theirs no prangs I'm cool.

Well just as you start to make plans someone goes and buys it! Treat her right Tom and I hope you enjoy it as much as I have!
