Wing replacement

Hi all,
I'm trying to replace my drivers side front wing with one I bought from KitKat ( thank you very much )
But looking at the underside of the skirt it's held on with round plugs, no hex etc.
Any advice on how to remove these would be much appreciated.

They're an expanding plastic rivet.
Just pry out the centre stalk and then the female part pops out.
