Wing mirror confusing me

When I bought the car the wing drivers side wing mirror was vibrating about so I stuck it back on with sticky pads as a temporary measure.
The sticky pads have eventually became not sticky so I wanted to change the ring mirror glass. I thought I could just change it by clicking it out and clicking it back in. But the new ones on eBay don’t seem anything like the one I just took off. I’ve attached pictures of what Iv took off. What’s left in the car. And what’s available on eBay. Anyone shed any light on where im going wrong ?

It's all good.
Different instalation method.
The one you disassabmled is OEM (the ring on last picture rotates and tighten rest of it to the mirror).
The ones you bought have click-in instalation method. Plastic pins goes in to those small holes at the edge round part of the mirror.

Edit:
Thing I've noticed is that electrical connectors are on the other edge of mirror glass.
