Windscreen wipers problem

Does anyone know what to do with the following problem?
My windscreen wipers don't stop at the normal rest position when on the intermittent function, when driving at 70mph they slide very slowly and stop half way up the windscreen.

If anyone has had the same problem please advise me what is best to do eg the regulator can be adjusted or if a new motor needs to be fitted and in that case what would be price of repair.
 
Have a look in the search function it's all there. It's a fairly common problem. And there is a great write up good luck :thumbsup:
 
Top of the home page go to forum. then go down to the e85 how to section at the bottom. the misc first topic should help you both had to do it twice on mine. It's a great how to the problem if the same i think it probably is. Is just gunk on electrical connectors.
