Windscreen wash tank leaking

Hello!

I can't seem to find it, but are there any tutorials on how to remove the tank so that I can replace it?

I'd like to do it myself, but I'd like a guide to go along with!

Best,
Herc

Pull the pipes and connectors off the pumps, undo the single bolt at the top and lift it out.

Are you sure it is the tank and not the pump? They commonly fail and about a tenner new.

If you have headlight washers it's more likely they are the source of the leak rather than the tank IME.

Yup - dead easy.

Apart from the "lift it out" bit. Took me a lot of faffing before I worked out just how to twist and roll it to get it in and out :)

I need to play more tetris.

Hmmm, I am not sure. I haven't tested as I was out. Now I will. Today I put just some water, and it immediately went on the road. Need to get a better position to see.

Also possible where the pump is inserted into the tank that that rubber has gone belly up and is now Ted’s brother. 2 pumps if you have headlight washers.
