Windows not lowering when hood lowered

Suddenly yesterday the windows stopped lowering by a couple on inches when the hood lowering button pressed They go up and down on the switches perfectly and drop the normal fraction of on inch when the doors are opened

I'm stumped and don't know where to start,any ideas please
