Windows not going up after opening/closing hood

Only just got a Z4 so not sure whether this is how they work or not. When I open the hood, the windows go down slightly - then the hood stows away but the windows don't come back up. Same when I close the hood i.e. the windows don't go fully up. I then have to press the window close button to fully close the windows.

Is that how they work?

Teach them the limits of the windows again.

All the way down and hold the button for something like 5 seconds
All the way up and hold the button for something like 5 seconds

Try holding the button for longer, I thought I had the same problem, but just keep the roof button pressed

Mine does the same, assumed it was just how it worked but it does bug me. Will try the tips above as well!

probably if reset doesn't work needs recoding on ncs expert or similar programme

Ha. That worked! You do seem to have to keep the button pressed a fair while though. Reckon I might get one of those GapTech modules so I can save myself 10 seconds
