Window wiper issue

Can anyone point me in the direction for a fix to the problem I am having with my Z4, not sure if its a common fault. The window wipers are working but wont sit in the correct position when set to intermittent and stop half way up my front window? Any step guide to fix would be great

Well worth the effort! I did mine following the guide a few months back, still perfect! Park in the correct position every time, go for it!
