Wow, thanks for posting that. I was thinking about it as well but I thought that the window space was too small for tinting. After seeing the pics though it looks pretty good. Although I'd like to get the front windshield tinted if I do go through with it.

they can tint pretty much anything these days. think it looks good as the windows are so small tint would appear darker on a lighter tint if that make sense. i think its awesome especially on black paint.
any other pics anyone?

Looks great. I would tint, but I already have too many reasons for the :police: to pull me over.

Have already decided to get some M6 Replica wheels when my tyres are due for changing, but not sure about tints, and black sapphire (my combo) might look a bit OTT, dont want to look like the local PIMP

Hi,

Ive got our FreeLander Sport Tinted, and with a black 4x4 i think it looks great.

But i cant understand why would you want to tint a softop? Its privacy tint and would it not look a little strange with the roof down?

I do still think the black Z's look great softop tinted and Ricks looks just perfect with the shade.... i guess about 30% by the look of it.

Paul, are you not gonna get your Z tinted then since the freelander has been done.
I think the black z's look great with a darker tint but Ricks looks really classy with the red paint. love the m6 rims too!

...and as for the business of looking funny with the roof down, I think roadstars look funny with the windows up with the roof doen anyway... if the rood is down the windows should be down too :D

... unless you are on the motorway and you get whiplashed by your wife's hair :D

and california too, what's your point? :D
Would do it if I could but the fine is stiff not to mention you would fail the annual safety Inspection.

Move to California, still illegal, but I don't think we have more than 1 cop per million people in this state.

Mine's untinted and will stay that way. I just don't see tinting a convertible in such a temperate area as i'm in.

I'd love to see annual safety inspections. Probably cut our local car population by 50%.

sp3ctre has fixed our roof/hood misunderstanding by naming it a rood! Now all we have to do is establish a common pronuciation. :P
