Window Squeeling - Help/Suggestions

Bit of an odd one, done lots of searching on the forum but not quite found what I'm after.

My windows are squeeling quite a bit when I put them up or down. It's an issue I had towards the end of last summer and it's now back again (only occurs during warmer weather). In particularly warm weather (especially after being sat in the sun) it is very loud and I fear it is going to damage the motors as it sometimes seems to almost struggle to move.

Clearly it's something to do with the seals or whatever being too tight (expanding in the heat?) and I notice it's creating lines on the glass - albeit they wipe off.

My question is, is there an easy way to solve this? Some sort of lubricant or something I can add. I've just given the seals a good clean with the windows down, but not solved the issue.

Help/advice much appreciated

Two choices from my own experience:

1: talc / baby powder.

sounds stupid, but it really works.
I fitted a new set of seals to my charger and they we SO damn tight it was a workout just to raise or lower the window.
Applying talc to the seals seemed to "lube" them up nicely after a week or so of usage.

2: silicone spray

If you give it a light coating, it'll last for ages, and you'll only get smeary windows for the first few times you raise or lower - it's really not as greasy as you'd think.

Strange as I had the same problem today on the passenger window. First time I've experienced this.
After a drive home from work the squeal disappeared.
