Window rubbers

I've had mine replaced at the top of the windows, but I'm sure they weren't HARD plastic before. Thought they were soft rubber...

Anyone know if they've fitted some cheapo parts, or something? Or did I just not notice they were hard plastic before?
 
Soft rubber on mine. This enables the window to compress the soft rubber to stop water ingress.

Mine are the same IK, hard plastic on the outer bit, softer inside.

That's OK then :) Thanks for that! Maybe they just look weird because they're brand new... (They didn't fix the window rattling though... Surprise Surprise!)
 
Out of interest do you have the part number for the rubber seal? My passenger side one looks like it needs replacing or even better is this a warranty issue?
